I think parts of the Champery WC course would give Psychosis a run for its money in terms of steepness. Yep and I don't get the whole ~2km/~1.5km thing either. The course is over 2km long, its over 2km from the Peak to the Roundhouse, and that's as the crow flies. The article is just worded wrong. The elevation of Whistler mountain is 2,182m so I'm guessing we're all getting confused about the way its worded. What the article means is the riders will descend from 2,181m to Whistler Village which is around 1,530m total descent, spread across the bike park.
